The deadline for the receipt of posters is JANUARY 1st, 2009

1. Please include poster title, author(s)’ name(s) and affiliation(s) in large letters centered at the top of the page.
2. Contact information should be placed in the top right corner of the poster.
3. The poster should be clearly structured and include the following sections:
   1. Background
   2. Purpose
   3. Methods
   4. Results
   5. Conclusion(s)
4. Poster banner should be in PRTRAIT FORMAT – NOT landscape.
5. Poster banner will be displayed using double faced tapes.  It is recommended that each poster presenter bring enough double face tape to mount their poster.
6. The written text and all illustrations should be prepared beforehand. Charts, drawings, pictures, and graphs can be assembled on the poster of the appropriate size or assembled in sections or pieces on the panel.
7. The written text should be sufficiently large to allow easy reading from a distance of approximately 6.5 feet (2 meters). Double-space all text, using left-justified paragraph format. The section headings should be in Courier font type, boldface, 36 point font size. The text within the sections should be in Courier font type, 24 point font size.

All Posters will be displayed for the duration of the meeting.
