Exhibition Concept

The exhibition hall is located at the entrance of the Main Auditorium of the University of Sharjah, Medical and Health Sciences Colleges. This exhibition area can be extended to a covered outer area linking the Auditorium to the parallel meeting rooms, poster area and registration area all linking in to it. Please consult the floor plan in this section for an overview of the main delegate flow.

The exhibition features a network of main aisles which are --- wide and will be used by delegates mainly to move between different booths. The coffee breaks will be served in the exhibition area however the lunches will be catered in the nearby, walking distance, restaurant.

The exhibition also houses attractions such as Internet Corner and a Library.

Exhibition space is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. To secure your preferred location and avoid disappointment, you are strongly urged to book early. We will do our utmost to respect any preference that you may have but do reserve the right to allocate space according to our best judgement. Should you wish to avoid being located next to a specific competitor, please clearly indicate this on the Participation Contract.
